777ca reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where eligibility criteria are not or can no longer be met, and to recover any funds that were improperly obtained as a result of ineligible use.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full functionality of the 777ca Platform — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must register for an account. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:
- Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 777ca Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Bangladesh mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

You must not share your credentials with any third party. 777ca will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
- You must notify 777ca support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Prompt reporting will assist 777ca in taking protective action on your behalf.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 777ca Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777ca supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

- Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
- 777ca reserves the right to impose transaction limits, delay or decline withdrawal requests, or freeze account funds if suspicious activity is detected or if additional verification is required to comply with applicable obligations.
777ca does not charge any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges independent of 777ca. Players are advised to review their provider's fee schedule.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
777ca offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:
- Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 or above. 777ca reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
- Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the period stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. A player may not claim the same promotion more than once, whether through the same account or through multiple accounts.

- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting technical errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
6. Responsible Gaming
777ca is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment, and 777ca actively supports measures designed to prevent problem gambling and underage gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into these Terms:
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately; increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Players may request a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which their account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted. Time-out requests are processed by 777ca support upon request via live chat.
- Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request a permanent self-exclusion from the 777ca Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and are processed within 24 hours of the request being received by 777ca support.
- 777ca will not send promotional marketing communications to any player who has activated a self-exclusion or time-out. If you receive such communications in error after self-excluding, please notify support immediately so that the issue can be corrected.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ca Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Money laundering or depositing funds derived from any unlawful activity. 777ca has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation.
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to manipulate the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or simulate human interaction with games or betting markets.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature to generate financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be deducted from the account balance.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any tournament, promotion, or betting market offered on the Platform.
- Registering using false or third-party identity information, operating multiple accounts, or circumventing any suspension or exclusion measure imposed by 777ca.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the 777ca Platform — including but not limited to the 777ca brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, software, game content provided under licence from third-party studios, and promotional materials — is the property of 777ca or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 777ca. Unauthorised use of 777ca's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by 777ca and its licensors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ca's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided through the Platform shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. 777ca shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising directly or indirectly from use of the Platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, including interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events outside 777ca's reasonable control.
- Any losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account by a third party.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if 777ca has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Amendments and Governing Terms
777ca reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account. 777ca will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from your failure to review amended Terms in a timely manner.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through 777ca's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.
